The job responsibilities comprises of - Coordinator for Process writing and activity chart.- Coordinator for Review Meetings.- Final approval authority for HR salary.- Handling ROC related works- Tracking the projects and coordinating the development from staff and consultants.- Making system, rules and formats for different departments.- Organizing meetings with finalization of agenda and minutes. Also keeping track of decisions taken and its implementation,- Managing Emails, Posts, Appointments, etc.- Managing Tour arrangements- Others as per instruction of CMD Sir.
