-Perform production line conversion and buyoff machines and testers according toproduct specify by planner(layout and ergonomic check).Release the line toproduction team if no any abnormalities found during buyoff.-Testing Tools (Metrology and Production) each time conversion or preventive maintenance is done. Need to verify all thetools in correct specification and good condition.-Being responsible for all test rejected production and bone-pile in order to reducinginto minimum level(rework scrap material)-Machine and Tools calibration buyoff and GRR. GR&R is to be carried out during:- Complete measurement method analysis (GRR), gage correlation studies.- Start-up of each new measuring equipment (or tester).- Whenever required for confirmation due to raised issues.- Whenever modification or repair carried out on the tools/testers.- Whenever procedural change in handling the testing or running of the tools- Monitor products on test (understands test suites), and test equipment for faults anddiagnoses and correct equipment issues.-Reject verification upon Production trigeering due to high rejects.- FA on QE samplings failures on critical parameter.Perform first level failure analysisand publish results to the concerned team for corrective action or has to perform nextlevel FA for root cause analysis.-Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to determine whether machine needsfurther action.-Line mapping need to be done to find root cause due to high reject-Line audit,check on the tools perfomance(cycletime),parameter specifications,layoutand software version.-Support Engineer evaluation(new process flow on new machines\testers) - Verify or troubleshoot software errors on testers and machines ,check on in theIntermac(network) response and also verify software expiring.-Coach and train operators and lowel level technicians on new procedure.Preparetraining packages and SOP for training team.
