Business development and review of potential and new contracts are my main responsibilities. We are providers of skilled electrical workforces to the high rise construction industry. We have completed projects in the Southern and Southeastern areas of the U. S., from Florida to the Houston, Texas area. I interact with General Contractors, estimators, and superindents on a project basis.

Managed primarily U. S. Military projects at all three U. S. Air Force Bases in Oklahoma. Projects included new construction of electrical systems in new and existing buildings. Daily interaction with project design teams, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and Oklahoma Military Department personnel.

Managed all engineering functions for Wake Island Launch Center which is a part of the Reagan Test Site for Ballistic Missile Defense program(s) for the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). My engineering team of five managers provided technical supervision for 100 men to support construction activities, provide 24 hour power generation capabilities, desalination plants for fresh water production, maintenance of missile launch and control facilities and fire suppression for airfield and living quarters.

Assigned as a senior project manager for construction activities at the U. S. Naval Base in Guam, Northern Marianas Islands. The project was a Job Order Contract (JOC) administered by the U. S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Our mission included refurbishment to the Naval Hospital, Engineering shops at Naval Air Station Agana (NAS) and the construction of a Support Area for the Seal Team that repositioned from Subic Bay Naval Station.

Assigned as electrical superintendent for construction of launch facilities for the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) at Wake Island. I was promoted to Project Manager to oversee all operations when the project became distressed. Our efforts resulted in an on time delivery and on budget project to the project administrator at Redstone Arsenal at Huntsville, Alabama.
