Create feedback loops to improve data integrity and metrics.Develop and document ETL scripts to automate data collections to suit analyst needs. Sources include internal databases, vendor data, web scraping, and various APIs. Perform adhoc analysis at a fast pace; work involves writing complex queries, creating visualizations and presenting analytical findings to all levels of senior management. Responsibilities include preparing presidential briefing material for the Federal Open Market Committee.

Perform in-depth analysis of highly complex regulatory and financial data sets to provide information, and analytical findings to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for use in formulating monetary policy and ensuring safety and soundness of the economy and financial system of the United States.Utilize combined technical and programming abilities in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, SAS, and SQL with advanced accounting and financial knowledge to create sophisticated financial and data mining models that enhance analytical techniques, improve processes, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Communicate and counsel banking institutions regarding irregularities or changes in reported data, explain regulatory instructions and requirements, and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Participate in on-site regulatory reviews to assess institutions’ processes and procedures to measure data integrity.
