Serving on the technical support team responsible for managing Endur environments for BP's S3 Program deliverables including multiple Endur upgrade projects (V15 & V18) and infrastructure migration project from on-premises to AWS Cloud. • Endur Environment Support – Responsible for managing environments’ setup, deployments (core), troubleshooting and maintenance activities for 20+ Endur environments including Production.• Environments Management Support – Responsible for working closely with the project work streams to coordinate various Endur environment activities while working closely with Workstream Leads, Architects and various Platform support teams. Environment activities including but not limited to infra build outs, database refreshes, Endur core staging and deployments, user & usage management, component/interface configuration, etc.• Creating and managing server infrastructure on AWS Cloud, including maintaining and updating Ansible Tower playbooks used for configuring and managing Endur services on the servers.• Executing EOD and APM SOD processes and user access management tasks in the production on on-need basis.

Served on specialized Shell Endur team that administered and delivered multiple Endur V14 environments, from development to production.
