My responsibilities included managing and maintaining a relationship with the customers. Understanding their business needs and making sure that we were meeting those needs. I also served as a main point of contact someone they could go to to have their issues and concerns resolved .I worked with the various departments within A4 to ensure their issues were being resolved in a timely manner.

At Misys, I helped facilitate a program called Premier 100. This program was designed to provide those top customers with Premier service thanking them for their business and to ensure that we kept them as customers. We provided them with a high level of service, their own support line to call into and as well a main point of contact for them to call if they had any issues and concerns. These customers generated the most recurring revenue for the company, and because of the top service we provided we were able to grow this revenue base, and client retention.
