Key responsibilities involved: • Project Monitoring and control based on work program and budgets• Monitoring of successful implementation of Field development Plan• Project monitoring of construction of cross country gas pipeline.

Mumbai Offshore

Process engineer at offshore platform handling production from 80 wells for separation of crude oil, gas and produced water. Key responsibilities are• Optimization of process parameters for smooth operation of Separation, gas compression, Gas dehydration and treatment of produced water to maintain safe disposal standards.• Pipe line replacement job involving sub-sea lines.• Commissioning of Condensate Spiking unit.• Commissioning of Flare Gas Recovery unit• Monitoring water injection supporting the reservoir pressure• Maintaining field production database.• Surface modification and construction to support production operation• Planning and execution of the pigging operation

Mumbai High Field

Production engineer at offshore platform managing 80 gas lift wells. Key responsibilities ar• Real time monitoring of the wells by SCADA Analysis of Well test data to ensure optimum production• Updating Well models on software (Weatherford)• Optimization and Gas lift design using Welflo (a Weatherford Software) and pipesim (Schlumberger)• Troubleshooting well performance using available tools like 3-pen chart recorder.• Maintaining the facilities at well head platform for routine as well as shutdown jobs.• Maintaining reasonable database for individual well performance analysis.
