Responsible for monitoring batch packing process yields and rejections.Responsible for packing planning and organizing the manpower, resources to meet daily, weeks and monthly schedules.Responsible for all Packing activities with respective to current good manufacturing practices.Completion and review of Batch Packing Records, equipment log sheets and all GMP records.Responsible for implementation of cGMP standards and SOP compliances. Responsible for co- ordination with CFT teams for outcome of product as per quality standards.Responsible for Blister pacing new change part development, indent and verifications and Qualifications. Responsible for daily output of individually machines with timing calculations and highlighting of problem in daily report.Responsible for handling of investigation related to market complaints.
