Eim Specialist
CurrentOperation and support of the DIIMS Service Desk as a Junior Electronic Information Management Specialist.Tasks include:- Developing and Delivering training courses relating to the operation of DIIMS- Creating/Maintaining documentation and training guides relating to DIIMS- Operating the DIIMS Service Desk - Logging/Tracking all emails and calls - Tier one support to provide resolution to most end user issues- Leading implementation plans to expand the DIIMS user base- Providing one-off web solutions for unique problems as/when needed- Developing workflow portals/functions alongside senior colleagues- Working collaboratively with outer Departments to meet electronic information management needs
