Led the Full Life Cycle recruitment of cleared technical professionals in the federal contracting space. Successfully sourced, screened, interviewed, negotiated and hired cleared IT professionals, CND experts, Instructional Designers, Special Operation Instructors, Linguists, Cultural Advisors and Program Managers for the USMC, Army and DHS. Placed candidates in CONUS/OCONUS sites including, The Pentagon, Camp Pendleton, Camp Lejeune, Afghanistan and 29 Palms.
