Newcomer here! I graduated back in June this year from the Medical Office Admin. Billing and Coding program at IOT with a certification in insurance and coding through NCCT. I'm ready to apply the knowledge and training I've learned and would like to connect with other newcomers such as myself and seniors who've been in the billing/coding/admin. setting before me to continue learning, build growth and confidence in my tech and soft skills. I'm known to be a person who showcase great customer service, have a positive attitude, eager to learn, isn't afraid to ask for help, rarely take anything personal, and my new favorite, may be slow to adapt to changes at first but is quick to reverse from a setback.
