Having graduated with a master's degree in Cultural Studies as one of the top students in my cohort and after engaging in three international exchange programs, I embarked on a career with Work&Travel Group Croatia to gain hands-on experience in Management, Marketing, and Sales. With three years of professional growth under my belt, and a top-rated profile on Upwork — the largest freelancing platform globally — I ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded a Digital Marketing and Content Creation firm, realizing my ambition to transform photography from a hobby into a business.In my role as Creative Director, I am particularly proud of orchestrating a partnership with DKBDC, a premier NYC-based renovation company. Through innovative content creation and targeted social media strategies, we generated over $1 million in sales from renovations. In the same vein of creative enterprise, I launched @jonadress, Croatia's original brand of handcrafted flying dresses, which quickly earned international recognition in iconic cities like New York, London, Paris, Dubrovnik, and others.
