With twenty years of experience in early education and 8 years facilitating American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid classes, I am the owner and lead instructor of Breathe to the Beat Community CPR, a business that focuses on the collaboration between instructor and participants.My mission is to create a community of inclusion, safety, kindness, and preparedness through my CPR/AED/First Aid classes. I follow the American Red Cross curriculum with my own teaching style, blending coaching, communication, and customer service skills. I use my own CPR playlists to help participants keep rhythm and have fun, while learning serious life-saving skills. I serve the Somerville and Cambridge, MA communities, where I have grown up and where I want to make a positive impact. I look forward to making connections, building, and participating in online communities.
