Served as AUCD’s administrative and content lead on a multi-year cooperative agreement with the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) to provide comprehensive technical assistance (TA) and related support to a $30 million national network of 64 federally-funded interdisciplinary training programs: Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP). Managed an approximately $800,000 annual budget and associated programmatic initiatives; collaborated closely with MCHB project officers and leadership to identify emerging issues and effectively address TA priorities; developed and sustained relationships with external collaborating partners; represented AUCD and its network on inter-organizational committees and planning groups; served as a consultant on site visits; coordinated project data collection/analysis; and ensured compliance with all federal reporting requirements. Led a team of three full-time employees and reported to the Senior Director, Technical Assistance and Network Engagement.
