My core focus includes managing key functions such as Finance and Costing, ensuring seamless operations, and providing regular variance and financial reports to guide decision-making.In my tenure, I have successfully led the company in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, growing from D213M in 2021 to D449M in 2024, demonstrating a consistent upward trajectory in financial performance.

I teach Accounting at all levels, as well as Investment courses, providing students with comprehensive knowledge in these fields. My role involves delivering engaging lectures, developing course materials, and mentoring students to ensure their academic success and practical understanding of key financial concepts.

I lecture on Investment and Quantitative Analysis, delivering in-depth instruction on investment strategies, financial markets, and advanced quantitative methods. My role involves creating engaging course content, conducting lectures, and providing students with the tools to analyze and interpret complex financial data, equipping them with essential skills for the financial industry.

I specialize in analyzing suspicious transactions that may be linked to money laundering and terrorist financing. My responsibilities include researching the flow of illicit funds both into and out of the country, identifying potential financial crimes, and tracking unusual patterns that could suggest illegal activities. I work diligently to ensure the detection and prevention of financial crime by monitoring and analyzing transaction data for signs of illicit financial activity.

In my role, I am responsible for assessing the financial risks associated with the business, providing a thorough analysis that complements the work of the Chief Financial Officer. I conduct detailed financial assessments and report any findings that could have significant financial implications to the board. Additionally, I evaluate and analyze financial reports from the finance department, offering my own independent insights and recommendations.My responsibilities extend to examining operational risks, ensuring that the business operations are effective and risk-free, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance business efficiency. I also verify regulatory compliance, ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant financial regulations. Moreover, I assess the investment and loan portfolios to identify any risks and ensure that financial transactions align with both organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

I am responsible for analyzing the statement of accounts of loan recipients to assess their financial health and ensure proper management of loan portfolios. Additionally, I conduct interbank exchange rate analysis, monitoring market trends and fluctuations to inform financial decisions. I also prepare and submit regular reports—daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly—to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance and providing accurate financial data for review.
