Current• Worked in the Feature Stream Team and drove processes that formulated the standard used in BAU Streams across all the IT engineering groups• Introduced a new branching strategy in the Feature Stream, which is now used across all engineering BAU teams. This new method allows for QAs to build and deploy changes to their environments more easily and optimised the use of project environments• Worked extensively with Product Owners and Tech Leads to triage epics, estimate stories, and engaged in backlog grooming• Worked closely with the broader external finance team, and Business Analysts, to flesh out Acceptance Criteria in tech stories early in the release cycle, reducing bugs in the later phases• Mentored and coached 2 QA Team members into permanent positions in DevOps• Initiated the movement for QAs to do a secondment as a Release Manager which led to a greater understanding of the release and deployment process• Founder of fortnightly QA Forums at eNett – a catchup to retrospect project updates, showcase technology, and automation updates across engineering groups• Completed the Tech/QA Lead training program and learnt key professional skills that are expected of I.T. leaders• Won the 2020 eNett Quarterly Leadership Award in recognition for being a strong, supportive and dependable leader
