I am a PhD graduate in electrochemistry at Chonnam National University, where I conduct cutting-edge research on sodium-ion batteries, a promising alternative to lithium-ion batteries for sustainable and affordable energy storage. My goal is to develop battery technology that can benefit the common person and the environment and contribute to the advancement of the field.Before joining Chonnam National University, I worked as a project assistant at two renowned institutes in India, the Central Electrochemical Research Institute and the Institute of Chemical Technology. There, I gained valuable experience in synthesizing and testing various catalysts and electrodes for fuel cells and supercapacitors, using both experimental and computational techniques. I also published multiple papers in high-impact journals and won several awards for my poster presentations. I have a strong background in nanotechnology, having completed my master's degree from SRM University with a focus on carbon nanotube and boron nitride nanocomposites. I also hold a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. I am proficient in Python, C++, and data analysis, and have a keen interest in learning new technologies and methods. I am passionate about electrochemical science and its applications, and I enjoy collaborating with other researchers and professionals in the field.
