Current■ Installing, configuring & maintaining Server, PC, Switch, Router (Mocrotik Router OS ,Linksys, Netgear, D-Link, Ovislink, Metronet,TP-Link, Zyxel and Trendnet.)■ Designing, troubleshooting, maintaining network/ hardware/ software including firewalls, router/switches, VPN, LAN/WAN and network security for overall networks.■ Troubleshooting, assembling and resolving Server Computer/ Laptop/ Printer related problems.■ Monitoring MTU switches (port, Loop detection, SNMP, DHCP boot, IGMP snooping, VLAN, MAC table, STP, Trunk, Alarm, Security, Bandwidth, QoS, TFTP server) and maintaining switches configuration through radio environment.■ Establishing the Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint link by Access Point (AP) and Subscriber Module (SM).■ Configuring and maintaining wireless devices Canopy (Motorola), Checking Uplink/Downlink efficiency, Power Level, RSSI and Jitter, air delay, session count, Reg Count, Link capacity test of Radio devices.■ Measuring interference by Spectrum Analyzer of Canopy devices and creating a document for interference for further analysis.■ Monitoring clients packages, bandwidth utilization with Netsys.■ Monitoring overall Network Traffic in every sector under companies all BTS.■ Maintaining Customer Relationship Manager(CRM) and resolving clients pending and observation issues.■ Provide technical support and Visiting customer ends to resolve the problem when necessary.■ Checking all the networking devices (Subscriber Module-SM, Access Point-AP, Switches, Routers) to ensure the stability and smoothness of the links.■ Identifying frequent problems of the clients and researching for solutions independently to resolve those.■ Preparing and providing technical documents as required.■ Call handling from Subscriber.■ Daily updated all report on our database.
