With a deep passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to create something truly impactful, I left the banking world to pursue three specific goals: expanding my family, pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marketing, and focusing wholeheartedly on my entrepreneurial dream of building GOBA Kente Ltd.Today, I am proud to say that GOBA Kente Ltd is thriving. Through strategic social media engagement and innovative marketing techniques, we’ve achieved a 25% increase in sales and earned global recognition. Our contributionsto the Ghanaian events industry have not gone unnoticed; we were honored with the “Best Event Local Weave Kente” award and highlighted by the Ghanaian Events Industry Conference, but the journey doesn't stop there. In 2022, I was recognized as the Female Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Choice Awards Africa, and in 2023, I was named one of the Top 100 Global Business Founders by Ranks Africa. These accolades fuel my determination to push boundaries and achieve even greater heights.With a degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana, a Diploma in Business Administration, and an MBA in Marketing from GIMPA, I have always believed in the power of education and continuous self-improvement. As an alumna of the China Europe International Business School (WELA program, CEIBS), and having participated in the 360 Executive Masterclass Program by Ibukun Awosika, I am committed to leveraging my knowledge to drive business growth and create tangible social impact.Beyond my professional life, I am married with two adorable daughters, Michelle and Harper. Theyremind me of the importance of resilience, creativity, and love.
