Overall Compliance and Operational risk Management. Implementation of Integrated risk Contgrol Repository with end to end cycle of testing and corrective measures including all areas of Consumer, Agriculture and SME Banking. Major area of concern includes Project Management and Process Simplification of all concerned businesses.

The role encompasses areas of Internal/External Regulatory Compliance, Controls, Project Management and Service Levels. Responsibilities include ensuring overall compliance to internal and external regulatory environment, coordination with regulators, facilitation of audits, propose and ensure timely closures. Have been driving various initiatives, including business transformation for consumer banking. This includes conceptualization and implementation of automated screening with respect to AML/CFT in addition to ensuring complete KYC/CDD/EDD as may be applicable. Projects undertaken include digitization of applications such as consumer banking through mobile app and enhancement of app to ensure quick and ready solutions for customers.

Ensuring overall management of CarLoan and Home Loan Business including liaison with Risk Management, Operations, External Agencies, IT, and various other support functions. Prime responsibility is of maintaining the budgeted bottom line with regards to the P&L, maximizing company's profits and ensuring highest level of efficiency.
