Joined Swissport in 2014 as CFO leading Finance, IT and Procurement functions in Finland, the Netherlands and Denmark. My earlier career includes 15 years at Bodycote as VP of Finance for their subdivision NUK AGI and as Central European Group Financial Controller. Leveraging this 20+ years international senior financial leadership experience, I am able to credibly embed robust financial management capability across organisations while leading major financial transformation programmes to mitigate financial risk, improve cashflow and deliver working capital requirements. This includes establishing customer profitability analysis to drive pricing and funding decision making aligned to our commercial strategy, during a period of challenging market conditions.
