Conduct daily scheduled checks of factory Pre- Requisite programs (PRP) and Critical Control Point (CCP) E.G. recording and monitoring of chiller temperatures, chemical dosing, pest control, metal detectors functioning etc.Investigate and report on any non - conforming results of PRP checks.Conduct staff training to address day to day conformances as and when they occurConduct scheduled environmental monitoring for laboratory testing e.g. hygiene swabs, water and air sampling.Conduct scheduled finished product and raw materials sampling for lab testingPerform trend analyses and report on both product and batch release and retention sample monitoring sessionsPerform on line document verificationsAssist with customer complaint reports.
