I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Lagos, as well as diplomas in Social Development and Administration from the same institution and Maritime Studies and Information Comm Tech from the University of Benin. Currently, I am pursuing an MSWIn terms of work experience, I have had the opportunity to contribute to diverse organizations and sectors. As a Project Manager at MyBlock Properties and Investment, I successfully managed projects within budget, adhered to strict schedules, and ensured high-quality outcomes. Building positive relationships with City Departments and addressing compliance issues were also part of my responsibilities.During my time as a National Youth Service Corps Member at Genrosys Technology Limited, I served as a Human Resource Personnel, where I was responsible for managing records, providing secretarial support, and assisting in HR-related tasks. This experience enhanced my organizational and communication skills.I have also worked as a Social Welfare Officer at the Social Welfare Department of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and various correctional centers. In these roles, I conducted patient assessments, organized therapy sessions, performed home visits, and provided counseling services. Through crisis intervention and advocacy, I supported clients in accessing social support and financial aid.My skill set includes empathetic listening, which allows me to effectively manage critical issues under pressure. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office suites and have received training in website development.
