- Spearheaded forecasting analysis and delivered results to 5 therapeutic area teams for a Canadian client with over $500M in sales. Built a custom user-friendly model that helped client forecast sales for a novel medical device; model was subsequently used by client in country forecasts worldwide- Acted onsite (6 months) as external consultant for large pharmaceutical company; worked autonomously with client’s vendor management, marketing, sales and legal teams along with external vendors to successfully redesign and roll-out updated Patient Support Program across the US- Collaborated with General Manager and department heads to create and execute launch plan for a set of HIV products with expected revenue of $200M in Canada
