Group creative and marketing lead for new Ghanaian marketing communications group previously known as Rave Marketing services. My role here, placed me in charge of the groups creative and marketing strategy efforts for clients.

As the Head of Own Productions & Executive Producer at Modern Times Group (MTG) owned television channel, Viasat1, I led a team to create exciting new content and re-positioned old ones which enhanced channel ratings and earned the channel a total of 14 awards during my stay with the channel. Some of the awards includes multiple Television Awards Ghana & Radio & Television (RTP) Awards. At Viasat1, Sadiq I was also in charge of another MTG owned urban music TV, Trace TV where I worked to launch Trace TV content blocks on Viasat1 and also launched the "Airtel Trace Music Star" an innovative mobile based music reality show sponsored by Airtel. Also led the team to establish, the Jigwe Awards, Boys Boys Man of the Year, the One show Style fair and other events which helped to enhance channel ratings and assert's Viasat1's brand positioning as the No.1 entertainer.

Outburst communications is a creative brand marketing and digital communications, media broadcast productions and events start up agency based in Accra, Ghana. Through Outburst, I freelanced on a lot of marketing campaigns and activations for some Ad agencies in Accra.

My role at Streemio, includes strategising and helping to market and promote user adoption of Ghana's first mobile music streaming service, Streemio and messaging App, Saya to our target audiences, utilizing my marketing communications experiences and insights.

Work as part of a team to develop and implement marketing communications strategies for clients.Also part of the events creative team that created and produce events for clients including the much publicised 020 Live for Vodafone Ghana, the first flashmob events in Ghana & experiential activations for Woodin.Worked on launch events for Airtel in Burkina Faso, Niger & Chad.
