I lead and activate the uniqueness in individuals, knitting their strength together to form a team of passionate goal driven group, with positive energy and a vision to achieve the overall goal joyfully.I am an expert in people management. I will describe myself as a dynamic and resourceful people and process manager. My strongest gift has been my ability to connect with people at all levels. People naturally gravitate towards me for guidance and clarity.My biggest career wins have come from building very strong teams and relationships across my up, middle, and down lines and clients also (SDGs 8,9 & 10). In my almost 2 decades career, my uniqueness and diversity has shown in different roles and across different industries. I have managed from a small team 5 people to a team of over 18 staff. I have managed 2 major projects (Camp Hype and Copa Lagos Beach Soccer event) as program coordinator and project manager (between 2014 to 2016) and with a combined value of N200million naira yearly budget ($1.2M). These projects were sponsored by the likes Etisalat, Pepsi, Nigerian flour mill, First City Monument bank, 1960 Bet, amongst other individuals. I played a major part in the training and introduction of new products, process and branch creation in my career. I have been graded an A star performer twice in different industry. I have volunteered and still serve in various capacities in the following:Notes and Pads – An NGO that started by distributing free notebooks and sanitary pads for young underprivileged girls in public secondary schools and is still focused on young girls and widows in need.Stag Project – We give opportunities for talent expression, sponsorship, counseling, and mentorship for young boys and men between ages 13 - 23.People describe me as Inspiring, Friendly, Funny and a Leader giving them clarity and enthusiasm to achieve their goals.I am a very jovial person, I could have easily made a career in comedy but to make up for it, people around me always have something to laugh and cheer about.I love family life and I like to spend time with my family cooking, watching a movie and going for an outing with them when I am not engaged at work or other structured activities.Now you have found Me, would like to connect?
