Structure, categorize, evaluate, prioritize and manage the organization's technology investments and improvement projects based on current and future drivers.Lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships in line with business objectives and goalsDesign, implement and manage End-to-End Construction Build, Operate and Transfer models, Contact Center/Web applications deployment projects, including, project management, technology, applications and operational requirements.
