As the Senior Engineer, I pioneer efforts to ensure the clients are more than satisfied with my designs. During the review process, I always make an effort to guide our designers to create practical and sustainable designs while abiding by the techniques and standards. I conduct structural analyses of pole lines and towers using Quick Pole, SPIDAcalc, TSTower, and PLS-CADD. I coordinate across interdisciplinary team members to complete pole line design assessments per Ontario Regulation 22/04 and CSA C22.3 No.1-15 FOR Overhead system. I ensure that the structural designs and analyses of Towers are per CSA S37-18 for Antenna, Towers, and Antenna supporting structures and CSA S16 to design steel structures.Achievements: In recognition of my persistence and problem-solving attitude, I have been honored with “Smart Employer” and “Top Designer” awards for several projects. An expert at cross-functional coordination, I have planned an entire pole line design, along with an interdisciplinary team (Project Designers, Project Coordinators, AutoCAD technicians, survey crew) to save over 500 working hours in a year successfully. I meticulously review and approve the designs and calculation packages submitted by designers. I ensure that we complete projects ahead of time without exceeding the budget.

I helped the project manager by offering improved designs done using structural software’s, AutoCAD or Bluebeam Revu. I also provided accurate project estimates. I conducted engineering assessments and ensured compliance with the company's policies and procedures and the clients' instructions and preferences. In this role, I had succeeded in completing the project nearly five months ahead of its scheduled deadline. From project conception to completion, I worked with a team of professionals, assisting in efforts to develop engineering designs for structures and establishments. I worked closely with the clients to facilitate their on- and off-site requirements. I also liaised with peers and various consultants to ensure the compatibility of the structural design and the project’s on-time completion. Assisted with the assembling of contract documents, including structural engineering drawings and specifications. I performed and meticulously reviewed research or calculations, accurately analyzing the technical data. Collected and analyzed data, the as-built information and prepared comprehensive reports with recommendations.

I diligently reviewed and analyzed contract documents and examined real-time progress to guarantee on-time project completions. On average, I managed to save 10% of the budget. As a part of my role, I prepared and reviewed data maps, sketches, and technical designs, besides interpreting technical drawings and documents. I meticulously outlined construction schedules and provided ongoing support to the engineering team of 14. I collected and analyzed data, reviewed, and reported compliance with all site safety regulations and builders’ safety requirements. Achievements: I successfully led and implemented the scope of work and accurately monitored progress to ensure that projects were completed five months ahead of the deadline. I always managed to complete contracts awarded to contractors and suppliers to an overall project result of an 8.4% margin.
