With over a fifteen years of counselling experiences, a Master's in Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and certification with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, Babak brings genuine caring and compassion in his work with his clients. What are his areas of practice?Individual counselling for: Depression and anxiety; interpersonal concerns; identity and self-esteem concerns; spiritual and existential crisis; stress management using mindfulness-based practices; anger; grief and loss; working with adolescents and working with trauma survivors.
