Babalola David Ajekiigbe is the founder and managing director of Lead-Rite Int'l Ltd, a Multi-Service company that delivers quality projects with minimal resources and supervision. He has a master of science in Construction Engineering Management from the University of East London, and multiple executive diplomas and courses from Uniathena, covering topics such as building services engineering management, operations and project management, and environment health and safety management. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and has several certifications from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.Before founding Lead-Rite in 2020, Babalola worked as a project manager at Kadal Construction Works Ltd for seven years, where he rose from a trainee manager to a senior manager, leading and coordinating various construction projects across Lagos. He is a resilient and prolific team player, who is calculative, calm, focused, and cooperative. He has a passion for creating a difference in the construction industry, using his skills and initiatives to achieve goals and overcome challenges. He is fluent in English and Yoruba, and has a team spirit that empowers and motivates his colleagues and partners.
