PROJECT : Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Lahore.Working as Sub Engineer on a Rs. 2.1 Billion project comprising Six Packages construction of Teaching College (Basement + Four Floors), Teaching Hospital (Basement + Five Floors) , Boys and Girls Hostels (Six Floors), Residential Apartments for Staff, Cafeteria, Mosque, Auditorium, etc. at Jubilee Town, Lahore.Responsibilities:o Make engineering decisions at site, concerning quality control and quality assessment, provide general guidance and furnish timely assistance to the contractor in all matters relating to the works and ensure that works are executed in accordance with the drawings, BOQ’s specifications and FIDIC.o Involve in checking of layout of the works at site before start of actual construction process. Supervising construction activities of project different structures.o Responsibilities also include the verification of work and materials to be used at site are according to approved design, drawings, standard specifications and also ensuring quality control through laboratory tests and others non-destructive test.Check & verify the Bar Bending Schedules of various part of the structure.

Responsibilities:o To check the PC-1 as per rules & regulations set by Communication and Works Department (C & W Deptt.) Govt. of the Punjab.o To review & scrutiny the Technical Sanctions, prepared for educational and health sectors, as per approved works & also review that cost estimate fulfill the client requirements. o Also responsible to review of cost estimates for work proposals based on prevailing provisions in composite schedule of rates, before awarding of Contract. To scrutinizing the tender documents and also worked on Pre-qualification of contractors as per relevant criteria in different zones of the Punjab. Also responsible for coordination among all the District HQ of NLC and day-to-day office assignment.

PROJECTS : 500 beds - Ibn-e-Siena Hospital & Medical College, Multan. 8 - Storied Commercial Plaza at McLeod Road, Lahore. INMOL PET/CT, Lahore – Pakistan (a project of Atomic Energy Commission of Pakistan).Responsibilities:o Responsible to coordinating the different projects clients, all matters related to projects content, to check the implementation of agreed action plan to the agreed standards and given deadlines by the contractors, ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all projects events, meetings and project related all necessary documentation including drawings. To provide general guidance and furnish timely assistance to the contractor in all matters relating to the works and ensure that works are executed in accordance with the drawings and BOQ’s specifications.o To Supervise the Projects & to check / verify the contractor’s IPCs.To prepare the tender documents, Engineers Cost Estimates and BOQ.

Responsibility: To maintain the discipline on the floor. To deal with PBA and to make sure that company follows the rules and regulations set by Pakistan Banks Association (PBA).  To meet different CAD heads for enlistment in Banks. To meet with the Bank’s Managers and sorting their complaints.  To ensure that requirements of various offshore clients are being fulfilled on regular basis, review & approve final reports and communicate with Managers, this includes emails, faxes etc. To ensure smooth functioning of different sections within the department. To hire new employees according to the situation. To check the marketing staff in achieving their monthly targets as making marketing strategies.
