My responseblite Starts from fabric inspections according to given all information from buyer or recommended pts level system from the company. To conduct PP meeting immediately after the approval of pp sample with all related peoples including buyer representative (if any) to discussed all the quality issues which can case during production stages from cutting till packing. To find and rectify/control all the daily basis quality issues during each production stage like cutting, stitching, washing and finishing process, as well as accessories inspection. To get internal final inspection before present the goods to the Buyer. Responsible to search cmt units incase urgent/increase production capacity and follow up with them to get goods on time with the acceptable quality.Other Abilities:  Can operate all sewing machines including special machines like waistband machine, feed off machine, button hole/ button machines, bar-tack machine etc... Good communication/ corresponding skills. Strong technical knowledge.
