As a project manager I have worked with various international clients UNATION, WEIQ, Mr. Usta, Evolved & Vestcom as well as some major local companies such as K-Electric, CDC, Meat One & Boloro from Pakistan to name a few.In start of my project management career I managed standalone mobile apps & websites on ad-hoc, client driven model and later learnt and adapted conventional project management norms and implemented them on waterfall and agile based engagements. I lead teams which develops, maintains, provides 24/7 support and evolve complete platforms having various components in different technologies giving me exposure to challenges involved in integration of multiple platform/components with each other and how their relationships work.Having worked on Agile based dedicated team I have been through the process of nurturing a product, evolving it as per market and ensuring smooth delivery with client and team satisfaction within the given budget.I have worked in pressure environments taking up dynamic roles, involving hard core cold sales, training/coaching, data gathering and analysis, customer relationship and people's management as well. My goal is to continue learning and adapting best practice to my, client's and company's benefit ensuring success and improvement
