Safety Studies Scribe: Led over 30 technical safety and risk management workshops (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, ENVID, Fire & Gas Mapping) in the Oil & Gas Industry.Commercial Bidding Success: Successfully negotiated financial agreements for projects, achieving a success rate of over 20% within the first 6 months. Conducted comprehensive analysis of the previous three years' financial statements to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and recommended growth strategies.

Funday Sunday: Special Needs - Supervised children with special needs on field trips. Worked with team members to evaluate children's progress and recommend appropriate learning plans. Braille Books for the Blind - An event responsible for typing specialized books for the visually impaired. The books that were typed were later distributed around local schools and bookstores.Pass the Glass - Led a group of 30 volunteers to visit several construction sites in Abu Dhabi and provide workers with food and water aid.

Babar contributed directly to the operations of the Emergency Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care to patients.
