Chief Accountant
Current▪ Monitor and analyze accounting data, oversee maintenance of accounting records, verify accounting heads assigned to transactions and ensure appropriate preparation of GL, trial balance and financial records.▪ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans, and accordingly prepare financial reports and forecasts. ▪ Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Liaise with the bank with regards to day-to-day matters including import & export LC, factoring, payment transfers to overseas suppliers and other bank related issues. ▪ Handled monthly bank reconciliation, accounting reconciliations, adjustments and rectifications and present reports to the senior management.▪ Review AR and AP details, calculate total outstanding amounts for given accounting periods, authorize credit memos, release debit notes as applicable and track account settlements in line with internal control procedures. ▪ Preparation of financials and other AD Hoc reports within the time frame.▪ Collaborate with other departments for the preparation of Annual Budgets and monitor them on regular basis.▪ provide guidance, support, and training as and when necessary.▪ Product Costing and analysis
