With a remarkable 29-year career in the prestigious Pakistan Air Force, I retired as an Air Commodore in July 2019, boasting a wealth of experience across various domains. Throughout my tenure, I've held key roles in Air Liaison, Security and Intelligence, Project Management, Audit and Evaluation, Administration, Human Resources, and Marketing, underscoring my adaptability and expertise in diverse fields. My journey has been marked by a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence. I have a proven track record in command and staff positions at various bases and headquarters, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset for successful mission execution.As the former General Manager Air Liaison at NRTC, I played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between air and ground operations, leveraging my comprehensive understanding of aviation and communications to facilitate seamless coordination and collaboration.In addition to my professional achievements, I hold an MS Degree in Project Management, an M.Sc. Degree in War Studies, and a Master's Degree in Political Science, complemented by certifications in leadership, governance, security, intelligence, and quality management. I am also a certified selector and consultant, providing guidance and training to candidates aspiring to join ISSB, leveraging my expertise in the selection process and talent identification. Currently, I am a part of the teaching faculty, contributing to MS Program level subjects.Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive numerous awards from the President of Pakistan for my dedicated service and outstanding contributions to the nation.
