Senior Finance And Administration Manager (Consultancy Role With The Global Fund -Tb Grant)
Current• A member of the senior management team, leading on strategy and financial management.• Providing informed strategic financial advice and support for effective programme management.• Ensuring that NTBLCP has adequate financial policies, procedures, and guidelines in place to meet the requirements for managing programmes and mitigating against risks.• Providing financial oversight over international and local partners (Sub-recipients) such as UNICEF, Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc. (CHAI), Association for Reproductive Health (ARFH), and others.• Providing financial oversight over state implementers across the country.• Ensuring compliance with the approved organization financial guidelines.• Ensuring that NTBLCP is insulated against risks and all statutory donor agreements and requirements are met.• Reviewing and authorising all accounting monthly activities and documentations. • Financial management, budgeting and formulating workplans.• Monitoring organisation financial and budget performance on a continuous basis.• Ensuring timely preparation of comprehensive financial management reports in line with both internal and the Global Fund guidelines and formats.• Managing the Treasury function of the organisation with recourse to NTBLCP policies, procedures, and guidelines.• Ensuring that accounting software and other assets are kept up to date.• Ensuring that effective record keeping management systems are in place. • Managing the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.• Ensuring that effective system is in place to track taxes on payments with relevant tax authorities.• Direct oversight of monthly payroll accounting.• Supervising and managing Finance and Administrative teams and task allocations.• Mentoring of direct subordinates.• Stakeholders’ relationship management with partnerships organisations, locally and internationally.• Member of Procurement Committee.
