Application Engineer
Current- Water analysis: provides input during the initial survey of commissioning stage and on-going customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan. Capable of executing water laboratory testing and interpret it. - Responsible for providing services and assist customers with problem solving support regarding their products/applications/solutions.- Provide on-site field service and/or 24 hour over-the-phone or on-site assistant.- Conducts site surveys, product/application/system audits.- Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant, advises clients regarding possibility of upgrading and improvements.- Supervises chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations, carries out on site chemicals inventory.- Ensures all standard equipment and reagents for the laboratory and field analysis work are properly maintained, prepares site/field analysis reports, maintains meticulous records of all tests.- Performs any other work related duties as directed by the Manager. Skill:- Knowledgeable in Chemical Treatment, Operation and Troubleshooting of Cooling Towers, Reverse Osmosis, Boilers, Chillers and Wastewater treatment.- Corrosion engineering and control- Proficient in creating Technical Reports and Case Studies- Operation and Calibration of Automatic chemical dosing and blowdownWater Treatment Projects Handled:-DACO ( Dammam Airport )- Sabic Hadeed-Qurrayah sea water plant -Aramco- Al Tuwairqui Group (Steel Manufacturing)- Al Tuwairqui Group (Power Plant)
