At MSD Austria, I am part of the policy & communication team and responsible for the areas social media and internal communication. The focus is on the development of new, innovative and digital communication channels as well as increase our social media activities in order to be more customer oriented and to use our full potential. After finishing my bachelor's degree (Marketing & Business Administration) 2014 at Campbell University in North Carolina, USA, I started with a several months long internship at Canon in the area of B2B Marketing. After that, I directly began to work in marketing at MSD in April 2015. In my last position I worked as a customer solution manager primary care & vaccines. In this role, I was responsible for the development of digital projects (APP & software tools development, social media and advanced digital marketing campaigns, internal process improvement projects) and their project management. Very important was the close collaboration with local, regional and global teams in order to achieve successful project launches. Since October 2020, after my parental leave, I started working in the communication and social media area as an external affairs manager. Another passion of mine is dancing. Since September 2019 I am a certified and trained dance master and also teach at the Viennese Dorner Dancing school. My personal development is very important to me; in addition to internal MSD training, I have completed a 4-semester photography course and two seminars on “LinkedIn & Paid Social” and “Digital Marketing Trends & Paid Advertising with Google Ads”.My experiences as a college athlete in the USA, my studies abroad, my previous educations, becoming a mom and my professional experiences have contributed to my development. Therefore I can say that the ability to work efficient in teams, determination, endurance, flexibility, and efficient behavior in stressful situation count to my strengths.
