As part of the Regional Marketing team I am responsible for acquisition campaigns in the area's where the netwerk has been upgraded or where we see opportunities. The campaign concept includes ATL, BTL, online & omnichannel activation.

Member of a large projectteam in order to migrate 200.000 KPN customers from copper to the new fiber network. My responsibility is the customer journey and the communication.

Responsible for the sales of fiber subscriptions in the Southern part of the Netherlands. Planning the marketing mix (media, Info Centers, Door2Door, Telemarketing, local events, etc) and execute with a team of Sales, Marketing and Distribution.

The first 6 months I was responsible for the new retention/development strategy of Telfort prepaid and set up several pilots (flash offers in order activate the base of customers). Furthermore, I worked on changing the sim package, sales activities (f.e. incentives), communication off and on line & introducing new propositions. As a Trade Marketeer Prepaid I worked closely with Sales and Communication in order to translate all propositions and actions into the retail channels. Both Indirect (f.e. The Phonehouse), Direct (f.e. Telfort shops) and online (www.telfort.nl). The last year I have been focussing on Trade Marketing for all prepaid channels (as AH, Dixons, Kijkshop), Telecombinatie as sales partners and the product changes/introductions for sim only.

For 4 months I have been assisting the marketing communications & PR manager at Booz&Co. I organised multiple events, assisted in mailings and tekst.

During these 4 months I have been living in Burkina Faso, West Africa and voluntered in an orphanage. I was responsible for 14 babies from 0-1 year old. Besides, I lived with a traditional african family, learned French and set up 4 different projects in cooperation with a Dutch organisation Kinderhulp Burkina Faso. (www.kinderhulpbf.nl).

The first 4 months I have been representing all Nestlé products in the retail channel; I was responsible for my region in the western part of Holland.The last 6 months I have been representing Nestlé icecream and chocolate in the out-of-home channel. I was responsible for my own region and customers (large and small). I also managed intern projects.
