I hold a Master's degree in Interpreting and Translation and after graduation I worked for a couple of years as a translator and a language teacher. Since moving to Denmark in 2017, my professional focus has gradually shifted from teaching to communication, before starting my career in human resources in 2019. In the last 5 years I have gained experience in different areas of HR. Starting with a purely operational role, combining afterwards operations and strategy development, led me to my current role as an HR Business Partner.I am now providing strategic support to people managers at European Energy, a Danish company that works in the renewable energy sector and has a global presence, in 22 different countries.Since I joined the company, my primary focus have been our local offices. Building the global strategy and implementing processes together with the local managers, while at the same time keeping the focus on the people is what I am passionate about.I am also a part of our DEI Committee, another one of my interest areas. Working on goals and promoting DEI initiatives, together with colleagues from different departments is a journey we started in 2023. We are only at a beginning, but seeing even slight improvements and the impact they have has already been very rewarding.
