- Support to LATAM markets implementing digital tools on their websites (PACE) through the connection with the global team- Management of 3D assets generation process for Car Configurator tool- Governance over performance and lead generation touchpoints on websites- Mapping of customer journeys and user navigation flows- Creation and monitoring of the CX action plan with interdisciplinary areas- Management of budget, forecast and monthly accruals

Planning, coordination and execution of all marketing, customer experience and communication innitiatives in Latin America, including:- Content, social media and partner channels;- Website in Portuguese and Spanish - Episerver (CMS);- Customer events, such as exhibitions, workshops, trainings, conferences and own events (in loco and online);- Webinars - experience with GoToWebinar & StreamYard;- Marketing automation campaigns (Pardot);- Lead management with sales team (SalesForce);- NPS survey - inner and outer loop included;- Preparation and control of annual planning and budget;- Marketing suppliers process management;- Brand changing process (Metso to Neles)

- Interface between the customer and the factory, full after sales support, including warranty processes;- Coordination of purchase orders places by customers from South America directly to the factory in Finland and also export process, back-to-back sales and drawback.- Management of local orders as an order handler, following the process from order confirmation, with critical analysis of negotiated commercial conditions to invoicing and delivery;- Backlog and costs management and monthly on-time-delivery reporting;- Control and appointment of internal leadtimes for order processing from planning and biweekly billing areas.
