• Responsible for ISO 9001 implementation in the department, preparing and updating quality manual and quality control procedures.• Keep equipment test devices in good serving condition and calibrated.• Prepare inspection test plan (ITP) schedule based on Products and tests accordingly• Internal auditor for other departments • Follow up with third parties in case of certifications and testing in third parties’ laboratories.• Conduct quality control on activity execution by using related QA/QC checklist and forums, give feedback when needed. Raise a non-conformity when occurring.• Insert all identified non-conformities in the non-conformity log sheet and discuss the results with the project team during the monthly internal meeting• Follow up on the implementation of improvements resulting from activity quality inspection• Updating products datasheet according to the latest tests based on the Standards value• Issue and modify the Products reference book (internally) to meet the last changes in the specification was done.• Participate in quality control and inspection training and enhance knowledge and experience• Follow up the implementation of Quality Indicators and Corrective & Preventive Actions• Administrate the quality team and fulfill the requirements and the requests to maintain the department operatable easily.
