• Managed the Oral Care business in Greece, step-changing communication, investment priorities, product portfolio, pricing and go-to-market strategy.• Drove Oral-B toothbrushes value share from 21% to 30%, while tripling power toothbrushes user penetration via locally designed educational campaign.• Reversed Crest toothpaste’s 3 years of fast decline to double-digit growth via focusing on in-store fundamentals.
