Responsible for all the operational aspects of the branch. Assist all the staff in the day to day operations of the branch. Gives training to all new staffs regarding operations Ensure that all the transactions come for approval are genuine and all the requisite detailshave been furnished. Help the staff to overcome any difficulties faced by them while attending the customer atthe counter. Motivate all the staff at the counter to perform their best in the duty allocated to them. Ensure that all security aspects of the branch are in tact. Ensure that all the registers and other records are properly maintained. Ensure that all the circulars distributed among the staff have been read by them and thesame have been initialed by all of them. Ensure that the confidentiality of the login credentials provided is not lostExecution and implementation of the regulations issued by the Central Bank of the UAE and our in-house anti-money laundering policy & procedures.  Monitoring day-to-day transactions of the branch for any unusual/ structured/ suspicious/ blacklisted ones and report to the Chief Compliance Officer at the Head Office.  Educating the staff in the Branch on AMLCTF & KYC policy and procedures.  Performing more extensive, due diligence for higher risk amounts/customers and include proactive monitoring for suspicious activities.  Safe keeping of the relevant documents of the Branch.  Supervise the cashier when he is sorting the cash for Funding and authorize the same in the system.  Check the accuracy of the cash tally sheet prepared by the cashier during closing time by checking physically and make sure it is been tallied by the system.
