Supervision of all recruitment, selection and allowances team activities:--Approval of Job Applications up to Senior Executive level-Conducting HR round interviews up to Senior Executive Grades-Prepare Offer Letters-Verify & Sign Appointment Orders-Salary fixation according to the grades -Induction training for new joiners at HO-Ensure Monthly Man Power Statement prepared on time, verify it and initiate recruitment/redeployment process based on it.-Verify and sanction various allowances like HRA, VMA etc-Ensure Opening /Shifting/ Merging of a branch correctly updated in the Database-Ensure all team members’ work is properly allocated and done on time.-Preparation of monthly HRMIS:--Prepare HRMIS of Muthoot Finance & Subsidiary Companies before 10th of each monthSupervision of Payroll Team:--Allocate the Regions, Branches and subsidiary Companies to team members and ensure the pay bill processing is completing on time.-Intimate the branches to send the claim sheet before 17th of every month.-Verify the pay bills and mail it to the concerned Branch/ Regional Office/ Department-Handle queries about pay bill-Prepare various reports after completing the pay bill processing.-Update personal loan entries of employees.

General administration and facilitation assistance to the Top management.Making arrangements for meetings.Handling all incoming calls and transfer it to the concerned Department.Dealing the customer queries.Documentation support to the administration manager.

Assist in recruitment procedures: - scrutinizing CVs, arranging interviews, completing joining formalities etc.-Report all staff matters to the Management and worked as a mediator between the Management and Employees.-Maintain attendance and leave record of all branches and Head office staff. -Co-ordinate Branch functions: Includes the matters related to fund transfer, day-to-day business evaluation.-Manage the Front Office staff and Daily wages Staffs.-Scrutinize the Day book of all branches daily. -Track the default customers of Chits and advice the branches for proper follow-ups.-Organize the special events, travel arrangements etc. -Drafting Letters, checking & responding to emails.

Billing & Cash Collection of OP & IP,Closing & Tallying of Cash, Total settlement of cash from all the counters which collected on the previous day and handing over to the bank people, Preparing monthly statements, Fixing Appointments, handling the telephonic queries.

Tele-calling and Customer Service -Credit Card Section.
