I've always had a passion for technology. Since my time in college, I've been immersed in the tech world. Today, I'm the CEO and co-founder of Hera.Build, where we offer customized AI solutions to automate and integrate processes, bringing operational efficiency to companies of all sizes and sectors.My career began during the digital transformation boom. I joined Editora Abril as a technology intern in 2010 and was quickly promoted to business-focused leadership roles. That's where I discovered my affinity for leading teams and driving innovation.From Abril, I went on to roles at Easy Taxi, Sprinklr, Verzo, and Twilio, where I gained experience in global team management, cross-cultural collaboration, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
