Responsibilities• Responsible for creating interactive & automated Dashboards, Pivot Chart and Graphs for client • Involved in understanding the reporting requirements and providing solutions.• Created and maintained VBA/Macros scripts for data extraction and transformation.• Performed VBA Scripting to extract information from large data sets to perform statistical analysis • Interaction with client through Emails to resolve the process related query.• Expert in Advance Excel, VBA & Macros, Power BI, Power Pivot, • Provide business problems solutions using advanced data analytics skills.

Responsibilities:• Maintaining data and updating all the information in the Master Database• Making consolidated Sales reports for clients and management in Excel• Updating Sales team data internally and externally and send report on weekly basis.• Interaction with client through Emails to resolve the process related query.• Updating all the process related updates provided by the client in MS Excel.• Updating Sales team data internally and externally and send report on weekly basis.• Interaction through Email with client, operation team.• Excel Expert with success in maintaining and organizing data, including dictionaries, and cross- reference indexes across a broad range of industries.• Skilled in VLOOKUP formula development, Pivot Table generation, and Pivot reporting. Demonstrated ability to use critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities:• Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.• MIS Reporting (daily/weekly and Monthly) on timely Basis.• Strong External and Internal coordination via E-mail and Telephonic• Prepare MIS on daily basis for the open/closed/hold Credit Card Application submissions.• Strong monitoring and tracking using Serco Oracle Web portal and Excel.
