I have to lead Receipt Team

 Receive and inspect all incoming material from internal plant or by external vendor and reconcile with purchase order and shipping document to ensure quantity and quality. Unloading material at receiving area by hand or by material handling equipment (MHE). Ensure personal protective equipment is properly used before operation of material offloading. Physically check all the received material to ensure any discrepancies (like Shortage, Damage, Wrong or Rusty etc). UC and Repacking in case of material received from vendor and print ID LABEL from SAP for each material. Binning/Put away all items at assigned locations to ensure they are properly and safely stored and can be easily identified. Paid excise duty and vendor payment in SAP Follow up with vendor and purchase department for upcoming materials. Communicate with IT DESK and SAP Technical team regarding any technical issues. Extend (create) material in warehouse in case of new material. Check Material movement in MMBE for Stock overview and MBST for Stock in transit. Manage inventory to perform task such as cycle counting by blocking bin location in SAP. Random audit at the time of Binnig, Picking and Packing.
