I am a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years experience in Business Advisory services. I graduated from the University of South Africa in Business Commerce in 1968 and became a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 1973. Furthermore I am a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, having obtained a Graduate Diploma in 1990, and am a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.Before launching Jeena Partners Pty Ltd I was a Senior Manager at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers and a Managing Partner at Boyd Partners Limited.Currently I am the Chairman of Jeena Partners Holdings Limited, the ultimate holding entity of the Jeena Limited and Greater Visions Group. I have also been a director of Evolve Financial Limited since 2005. The directorship roles have been wide and varied, setting strategic direction, and I am responsible for ethical and legal compliance, management of board responsibilities and external non executive business advice.I am a relationship partner for Jeena's Succeed Team, currently advising businesses with annual turnovers of between $3 million and $50 million. Additionally I work closely with medium sized business introducing systems, processes and a reporting framework incorporating accountability and governance and then an exit strategy. I have also worked with a number of other companies enabling them to achieve higher profitability and thereby increased value.I have been associated with various community organisations including the Federation of Indian Associations of Victoria (Past President), Australia India Chamber of Commerce (Past Vice President) and received an award from the premier of Victoria for services to the community.I have a special interest in the area of Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning and Succession Planning with particular emphasis on advising businesses on growth and exit strategies.
